The National Endowment has awarded UNF Associate Professor of Anthropology Dr. Keith Ashley a three-year $250,000 Collaborative Research Grant for the Humanities. The team plans to write the first comprehensive indigenous history of Northeast Florida from 13,000 years ago to now.
